Biography of the Bauhaus artist Mityiko Yamasaki, who studied at the Bauhaus from 1930 to 1932 together with her husband Iwan Yamasaki (1898-1987). The volume, typographically designed on the basis of the famous Bauhaus books, describes everyday student life, the teachers and teachings of the Bauhaus and reports on architecture, colour theory, weaving and the teapots of Marianne Brandt and others.
Mityiko Yamasaki studied weaving with Gunta Stölzl after her first class.
The book was published by her daughter Michio Yamasaki in a small edition.
