CONDITION
- In good, ready-to-use condition
- Professionally restored with changes and additions
POSITIVES:
- Only small stress cracks in the wood
- The drawers open and close easily
- Feet firmly attached
- Clean and odour-free
- No visible worm holes
- A matching key that locks all the drawers (the top key hole is a bit difficult)
VENEER DAMAGE:
The commode has a few small, hardly visible damaged spots on the veneer, as follows:
- Front right corner on the edge, 2 x 1 cm, part of the veneer is worn, and two sheets of veneer on the cover plate at the joint are lightly damaged.
- Front left corner on the cover plate, approx. 2 x 1 cm, worn veneer
- Veneer on the joint is slightly loose on the bottom drawer
- Small stress crack on the left side of the back wall, middle of the edge, approx. 2 cm
- A few other slight and inconspicuous veneer defects are visible
- Veneer is somewhat darkened under the handles
