DETAILS: Beautiful and excellent vintage Longines wristwatch with gold case from my personal collection. "Curvex" Art Deco style and fancy lugs. This is originally a Men's watch, but with the current trend it can be considered unisex. From 1951 Longines-Wittnauer Watch Co. Inc. production. Case shiny/brushed sides in all 14K all solid yellow gold (warm tone). Case back with brand engravings and gold hallmark inside and outside top (14K - L). Faceted (in three planes) pearl dial background professionally RESTORED / repainted some years ago to the exact original specification. Applied gold roman numerals, traces and dots and facetted gold dauphine hands. Manual winding reliable movement caliber Longines 9LT (LXW), 17 Jewels (Unadjusted). Second hand sub-dial at 6 o'clock.  Model / reference: Case A80074. Serial number (movement): 8347843. Winding crown gold plated and domed face seems aftermarket replacement (NOT original). Curved crystal (seems real glass, not acrylic). Case width in the middle 22mm (without crown). Case width at lugs extremity 25mm Case length, lug to lug: 40mm. Weight of (in gram): - watch complete with band = 29 - band (aprox.) = 7,5 - machine+dial and hands (alone) = 9,1 - back cover = 4,8 - band+top case (with crystal, without machine and back) = 15,1 NOT waterproof. Practically new unused first quality Belgium made genuine crocodile band light brown, 18mm with gold plated Longines authentic buckle. Band is 103mm length holes side and 65mm buckle side. Band was intended for ladies use and will easily fit every woman's wrist size. Neverteheless, watch can be used by Men with this band if wrist size is relatively small. Swiss Made. No case supplied, sorry. All original and authentic (except band and crown). All pictures are of the actual item. CONDITION: MOVEMENT - Running fine and marked Longines, caliber, etc. (see pictures), manual wind mechanical, SWISS. Machine is very clean, has no oxidation and no flaws. The ticking and balance movement seems very strong and the accuracy is excellent for a piece of this vintage. Seems oiled and never to have been disassembled - has no tools marks on it.. I've checked the accuracy of the watch and the difference in 24 hours is super excellent, I would say between 5-10 seconds (laying flat and facing up - 1 position), and of course can easily be adjusted. Sure this is fantastic for such a vintage watch. DIAL - professionally Restored in perfect mint condition. Has no scratches, no cracks, no deformations, no pitting, no flaws at all. No oxidation or yellowing. No fading to the letters, scales and markings (see pictures). HANDS - hands are original and have no flaws, no bends and no deformations. In perfect condition with no oxidations and no scratches. CASE - The case is all gold and polished/brushed in the original state (not restored). It has been slightly buffed on the polished surfaces. Now near pristine with only microscopic scratches, unnoticeable and insignificant. No scuffs or cracks. Case has no deformations, all the edges are nice and crisp, no wear to corners and edges. No damaged corners. Lugs have an exact 18mm opening and are not bent by accidental deformation in any direction. WINDING CROWN - mint, no dents, scratches or scuffs. No brassing, edges very crisp. Setting the hour perfectly and smoothly. BACK COVER - engraved with brand marks and Logo (see pics). Snap-on type. Cover has no deformations. No marks from use and insignificant marks from opening tools. No dents, nicks, dings or scuffs. No oxidations. Closes easily and locks firmly. CRYSTAL - instaled new with restoration. No scratches and no cracks. BAND - as new, very nice. Very soft touch and flexible. NO wear and no flaws. BUCKLE - mint, as new too, no wear, no flaws. All perfectly clean !
