I field a formal complaint with the shippng companies and I informed Catawiki throughout the whole process. Apparently, there was a problem with the consignment at you end which was not solved by the courriers.
Therefore the was obvious negligence on their behalf. I kept you updated all the time, so your complaint is inappropriate. Infact, the pakage was sent on 28 of July from Italy and arrived in the Nederlands on 1st of August. So it seems that the package after arriving in your Country went missing and the shipping companies still have to give an explanation.I have all the documents to prove what I'm saying.
To conclude, if you want your 6 Euros back for your winning bid (note that the value of the bag is 100 Euros), please remove your negative feedback.
